1. Terms
By purchasing any training information or educational materials (“Training Material”) from TechnoSocio Advisory (the “School”), the purchaser (“You”) agrees to be bound by the School’s Terms of Use, all restrictions and limitations imposed, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, You are prohibited from using or accessing this School’s website and any of the Schools Training Material. The Training Material created and distributed by the School is protected by federal copyright and trademark law and any violation of the limited use granted or these Terms of Use is subject to civil and criminal penalties.
Ownership; Rights Reserved. The School reserves all rights in the Training Material (including all components thereof and materials provided therewith) not expressly granted to the You. By accessing or using the Training Material, You acknowledge and agree that the School owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Training Material (including all software, code, algorithms, models, interfaces, text, photographs, graphics, animation, applets, music, video and audio incorporated therein, and any related user guides, documentation or materials), the School trademarks, the URLs that incorporate all or any portion of the School’s marks, and other marks owned by School and/or related to the Training Material and components thereof, all of which are covered by various protections including without limitation copyright, trademark, and trade secrecy law. The School reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability to update, improve, replace, modify or alter the specifications for and/or functionality of all or any part of the Training Material from time to time.
Training Material. The training information and educational materials created, developed, and/or distributed by the School shall be collectively referred to as the “Training Material” without limitation or exception and shall be broadly defined to include any and all information and work product created, offered, and/or provided by the School to and/or accessed by You. The Training Material shall include any companion materials, coursework, and/or training documents, and all other information and support created, offered, and/or provided by the School or accessed and/or obtained from the School by You.
2. Limited Use of License
Upon purchase of any Training Material, the School grants You a limited license to temporarily access one copy of the Training Material purchased from the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Purchase grants You a limited license to use the School’s Training Material only; purchase of a use license does not transfer any title or ownership rights to the Training Material and You agree to leave intact and not duplicate, copy, or reproduce any physical or electronic information, documents, materials, or records without limitation that the You obtained, received, and/or accessed from the School. Under the limited use license granted upon purchase of any Training Materials, You may not:
- record, modify, copy, or duplicate any Training Material;
- use the Training Material for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Training Material; or
- transfer the Training Material to another person or 'mirror' the Training Material on any other server.
- This license shall automatically terminate if You violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating Your viewing of these Training Material or upon the termination of this license, You must destroy any downloaded Training Material in Your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
The Training Material on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Training Material on its website or otherwise relating to such Training Material or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Training Material on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to You.
5. Revisions and Errata
The Training Material appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the Training Material on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the Training Material contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the Training Material.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. School and Content Availability
The School may pause, suspend, cancel, modify, and/or terminate any services for any reason in its sole and unilateral discretion upon thirty (30) days notice.
The School may alter or modify Training Material for any reason in its sole and unilateral discretion without notice to existing users.
8. Site Terms of Use Modifications
The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website You are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
